Great location for a gorilla safari, within walking distance of the national park. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the driver who provided excellent transfers. The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities like a fireplace and hot water bottle.
There were some issues with transportation, as the arranged car broke down and there was a delay in finding a new driver. The communication regarding the included drinks in the package was also unclear, resulting in unexpected charges.
